We are continually enhancing the site with features that will help you get the most from your investment in OpenTable. New features will include confidential information that is specific to your restaurant and should be accessed and managed by the appropriate members of your restaurant.

By filling out and submitting the Admin Account request form below, you are acknowledging that you have the authority on behalf of the restaurant to view and manage the items listed above. We will store your information and log the date of this request as a security measure.

*Please note that only one Admin account may be assigned per restaurant. If you are the Admin for multiple restaurants, you can contact Customer Support at 1-800-OPENTABLE after you create your first restaurant account to have your account linked to other restaurants.
